Privacy Notice for Financing Applications
[RAZÓN SOCIAL DEL DISTRIBUIDOR], located at [DOMICILIO], will process the data below to manage your auto loan application with the financial institution you choose.
Data we collect
- Identification: name, date of birth, CURP, RFC, marital status, address, email and phone.
- Official ID (INE) and a face photo (selfie) to verify your identity. The face image is used as biometric data.
- Financial and asset data: income, employment, housing, down payment, term, proof of income and proof of address.
- Personal references (name, phone and relationship).
Purposes
- Verify your identity and prevent fraud and impersonation.
- Prepare and fill in the applications and forms required by the lender.
- Obtain your electronic signature (DocuSign) on the application and on the credit bureau inquiry authorization.
- Send your file to the chosen lender, with a copy to your email, and follow up on the response.
Express consent
Because financial, asset and biometric data are involved, we require your express consent, given by replying I ACCEPT in the chat and by checking the box in the identity check. We keep evidence of the date, time and channel of your acceptance.
Transfers
Your data and documents will be transferred to the lender you choose, to evaluate your application, and to processors for e-signature, identity verification, email and hosting. The lender will process your data under its own privacy notice.
Retention
We keep the file for as long as needed for the application and applicable legal obligations; it is then blocked and deleted.
ARCO rights and revocation
Write to privacidad@menteia.com. Revocation does not apply retroactively to files already sent to the lender.
