Use of artificial intelligence and voice
Conversations are handled by a virtual assistant. Voice notes are automatically transcribed and replies may use a synthetic voice. You may ask to speak with a person at any time.
Transfers and processors
Your data may be processed by service providers for messaging (WhatsApp / Meta), voice processing, hosting and CRM, who are bound by confidentiality. We do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except as permitted by law.
